At Baracuta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your iconic G9 or G4 jacket isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Baracuta tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
